Super 8 Cine Film
A Super 8 wedding film isn’t an ordinary wedding film — it’s cinematic nostalgia at it’s best. Super 8 films are shot on a Canon Auto Zoom 814 which was made in the 1970s. I use reels of Kodak 50D Colour film, which are then scanned and processed to create a 2K digital film that is delivered to you via your private online gallery. As a back up, I shoot some ‘b-roll’ footage on a digital camera also. Some digital clips of settings difficult for the Super 8 to capture well, such as a dark dance floor, can be cut in to complete your film if desired.

A single reel film, which lasts approximately 3 minutes | £500
A double reel film, which lasts approximately 6 minutes | £650
Booked as a standalone package*:
A single reel film, which last approx. 3 mins | £800
A double reel film, which lasts approx. 6 mins | £950
*Please note that Super 8 packages booked as an add-on to one of my photography packages include all travel fees within mainland Scotland. Standalone packages include travel fees within Edinburgh, the Lothians, Glasgow and the Scottish Borders. Locations outwith these areas are subject to a £100 travel fee.
